Trezor Suite® eliminates the need for web-based wallet extensions, minimizing phishing and malware risks. Always make sure you download the Suite only from the official Trezor Start Page to ensure authenticity.
After downloading Trezor Suite®, connect your Trezor Model T or Trezor One via USB. The application will automatically detect the device and guide you through initialization. Visit https://trezor.io/start for step-by-step instructions.
The device will prompt you to install the latest firmware. Trezor™ firmware is signed cryptographically to ensure authenticity. Only install firmware verified by Trezor.io.
Once the firmware is installed, select “Create new wallet.” You will receive a recovery seed consisting of 12, 18, or 24 words. Write it down securely—do not photograph or store it digitally.
